Spicy Hot Pot: beef, wheat, soybeans, milk, peanuts, garlic, coriander, and sesame seeds.
Spicy Stir-Fry: wheat, soybeans, sesame seeds, chicken powder, Sichuan chilli, coriander, garlic, onions, spring onions, capsicum, and celery.
Do you provide halal meat?
18 Street Hot Pot is not a halal-certified restaurant. We offer a variety of ingredients, including pork products, and therefore our kitchen environment is not exclusively halal. If you have specific dietary requirements, please feel free to speak with our staff before placing your order. We will do our best to provide guidance on suitable ingredient choices.
Is the soy sauce used at 18 Street Hot Pot gluten-free?
Our original soy sauce is not gluten-free. However, gluten-free soy sauce is available upon request. Please inform our staff when ordering so we can assist with suitable options.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, soy products, and noodles, allowing customers to create a satisfying vegetarian meal. Please note that our kitchen is shared, and some soup bases or seasonings may contain animal-derived ingredients. Yes. 18 Street Hot Pot is designed to give customers the flexibility to create their own bowl. Simply select from 80+ fresh ingredients, and we will cook them using your chosen soup base or stir-fry seasoning.
Do you charge for rice?
Yes, rice is available as an optional add-on and is charged separately. Rice is commonly paired with our Spicy Stir-Fry, helping balance the rich and bold mala flavour. Please ask our staff when ordering if you would like to add rice to your meal.
Do you charge for DIY sauce?
Our DIY sauce station is available for an additional charge. You can customise your own dipping sauce by choosing from a variety of condiments to suit your taste or dietary preferences. Please ask our staff in-store for the current price and available options.
Do you offer takeaway or delivery?
Yes, all 18 Street Hot Pot stores offer takeaway. While we do not provide direct delivery services, some of our stores are available through third-party delivery platforms such as HungryPanda.
